We ship our products either as a parcel via a parcel service, with a 1-man forwarding agency to the first front door or with a 2-man transport agency to the point of use. You can find information about the shipping method and the delivery date for a certain product on the respective product page.
We deliver with a well-known parcel service. If you are not at home when the parcel is delivered, you will receive a notification card for the pick-up near you or the parcel will be delivered to a neighbour. You will find a tracking link in our shipping confirmation.
The forwarding agent makes an appointment with you before delivery by telephone or email. You will then be offered an appointment with a time window of approx. 4 hours. The goods are unloaded in front of the first front door.

Most ekomia furniture is supplied for assembly with detailed assembly instructions. Our furniture assemblers can set up the entire delivery at your location for 100€. You can add this service to the order process.
On receipt, please check the parcels or the assembled piece of furniture for possible damage. If you find any damage, please report it immediately to our forwarding agent so that it can be noted on the delivery note.
We try to dispatch deliveries with different delivery times together, then the later delivery date applies.
Mattresses are shipped directly from the mattress production. Please contact us if you want us to ship bed and mattress together. This is not a problem, but the delivery time will be longer.
